MEP Design Engineer
Job Description
China Railway Construction Corporation International (CRCCI) is urgently seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience to join its ongoing Riyadh–Diriyah Project. The key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing MEP designs, drawings, and technical documents; coordinating MEP designs with architectural, structural, and other disciplines; reviewing design specifications and ensuring compliance with project requirements; coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams; identifying and resolving design conflicts and technical issues; reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions; supporting construction teams with design-related technical solutions; and ensuring that designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in MEP design and construction projects, possess strong knowledge of MEP systems and design coordination, and be proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit MEP is an advantage. Experience in residential and commercial building projects, as well as strong technical, analytical, communication, and coordination skills, is required, while experience with contracting companies is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong MEP design background, experience in residential and commercial building projects, and immediate availability to join. The position is based in Riyadh on the Diriyah Project and offers the opportunity to join one of Saudi Arabia’s landmark development projects as part of a dynamic international team.
