Job Description
The IT Deskside Technician is responsible for delivering on-site IT support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and upgrading equipment, and supporting business applications. The role requires maintaining high customer service standards and working both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- 2-3 years IT support experience
- Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, GPO
- Basic network and peripheral troubleshooting
- English and Arabic B2-C1 level
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools preferred
