Fit-Out Site Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Site Engineer or Fit-Out Coordinator for full-time work in Riyadh, with a focus on the KAFD site, to manage daily site execution and contractor workflows for high-end interior projects. Responsibilities include daily site supervision and quality control for interior fit-out works, direct coordination with the Lead Interior Designer to enforce shop drawings, tracking contractors’ daily progress, worker headcount and material deliveries, assisting with the review of contractor BOQs, quotations and site measurements, and following up on KAFD site access permits and logistics. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Engineering or Civil Engineering, have 1 to 3 years of site experience in interior fit-out or finishing works in Saudi Arabia, possess a good understanding of architectural drawings and material take-offs, and demonstrate strong communication, site control and daily reporting skills. Applicants must be located in Riyadh and hold a transferable Iqama, while immediate joiners are preferred.
