Job Description
The Business Development Manager will lead growth and client acquisition efforts within the manpower and recruitment sector. Candidates should have over seven years of experience, strong knowledge of the Saudi market, and leadership skills. The position is based in Riyadh.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Business Development/Sales/Managerial roles
- Proven experience in Manpower/Recruitment industry
- Strong Saudi market knowledge and corporate network
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Leadership and sales management capabilities
