Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and real estate sectors. Promote company projects and maintain client relationships. Conduct market research and support project acquisition efforts. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and support negotiations.
Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in project marketing, sales, or business development.
- Experience in construction, contracting, real estate, or project development preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi construction and real estate market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Saudi Arabia / GCC experience preferred.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
