Trucking Operations Manager

Job Location: Eastern Province (Dammam area) We are seeking an experienced Trucking Operations Manager with strong expertise in the land transportation sector. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and operate the truck fleet and supervise daily operations. • Plan and schedule trips, efficiently allocate trucks and drivers. • Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to loading and delivery schedules. • Acquire new transportation contracts from companies, factories, and various entities, expanding the customer base. • Build and maintain business relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, pricing, and operational terms. • Continuously seek new transport projects and opportunities to increase fleet utilization and revenue. • Oversee current contracts, maintain clients, and ensure high service quality. • Monitor truck readiness, ensure regular maintenance, and reduce breakdowns and downtime. • Monitor fuel consumption and operational costs, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. • Coordinate with clients and loading/unloading sites, resolving operational issues promptly. • Prepare and track operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety requirements, and regulatory bodies. Requirements: • Proven experience in managing and operating truck fleets and land transportation. • Strong contacts and knowledge of the transportation and logistics market with the ability to attract new contracts and clients. • Good operational and market knowledge. 📍 مكان العمل: المنطقة الشرقية نبحث عن مدير تشغيل شاحنات يتمتع بخبرة قوية في قطاع النقل البري، ولديه القدرة على إدارة العمليات التشغيلية وتطوير الأعمال واستقطاب عقود نقل جديدة. المهام والمسؤوليات: • إدارة وتشغيل أسطول الشاحنات والإشراف على العمليات اليومية. • تخطيط وجدولة الرحلات وتوزيع الشاحنات والسائقين بكفاءة. • متابعة أداء السائقين وضمان الالتزام بمواعيد التحميل والتسليم. • استقطاب عقود نقل جديدة من الشركات والمصانع والجهات المختلفة وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء. • بناء علاقات تجارية مع العملاء والتفاوض على العقود والأسعار وشروط التشغيل. • البحث المستمر عن فرص ومشاريع نقل جديدة لزيادة نسبة تشغيل الأسطول والإيرادات. • متابعة العقود الحالية والمحافظة على العملاء وضمان جودة الخدمة. • متابعة جاهزية الشاحنات والصيانة الدورية وتقليل الأعطال وفترات التوقف. • مراقبة استهلاك الوقود والتكاليف التشغيلية والعمل على رفع الكفاءة وخفض التكاليف. • التنسيق مع العملاء ومواقع التحميل والتفريغ ومعالجة المشكلات التشغيلية. • إعداد ومتابعة التقارير التشغيلية ومؤشرات الأداء (KPIs). • ضمان الالتزام بأنظمة النقل ومتطلبات السلامة والجهات التنظيمية. المتطلبات: • خبرة عملية في إدارة وتشغيل أساطيل الشاحنات والنقل البري. • خبرة وعلاقات قوية في سوق النقل والخدمات اللوجستية، مع القدرة على استقطاب عقود وعملاء جدد. • معرفة جيدة
