Job Description

We are hiring a Senior HR Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the construction and infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong HR operational experience, excellent reporting and data management capabilities, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating daily HR and personnel operations; maintaining and updating employee databases, personnel records, and files; preparing daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management; monitoring manpower status, mobilization, demobilization, transfers, resignations, terminations, vacations, and other employee movements; and supporting and controlling attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, allowances, and payroll preparation processes. The Senior HR Supervisor will coordinate with Project HR and Administration teams to ensure that required information and documentation are provided accurately and on time, regularly follow up on pending HR actions, establish effective tracking systems, and prepare HR statistics, management reports, KPIs, dashboards, and analyses. The role also requires ensuring that employee files and HR records are complete, accurate, organized, and up to date; supporting compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and Saudi Labor Law requirements; and handling confidential and sensitive employee information professionally. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory, including strong knowledge and practical experience with Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, advanced filtering and sorting, large employee database management, HR dashboards and KPI reporting, data cleaning, reconciliation and analysis, and automated HR tracking and reporting sheets. Candidates with only basic or intermediate Excel skills will not be considered. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and have a minimum of 5–7 years of HR or personnel experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or large-scale project environments. Previous experience as an HR Supervisor, Senior HR Officer, or Senior Personnel Officer is preferred, along with strong knowledge of HR and personnel operations and, preferably, knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and KSA HR practices. Candidates must have excellent reporting, data analysis, organizational, and follow-up skills; good written and spoken English communication skills; the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines; and a detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and results-driven approach, together with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. We are particularly interested in candidates who are very strong in Excel, numerical analysis, reporting, and employee data management and who can independently organize, monitor, and control HR operations for a large workforce.
