Mechanical Foreman HVAC
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Manage and guide mechanical technicians, fitters, and helpers at the site. Ensure work complies with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards. Monitor daily work progress and report to management. Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently while ensuring quality workmanship and HSE compliance.
Requirements
- Experience
- 5 – 8 Years
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, structural installation, and maintenance activities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in industrial, oil & gas, construction, or maintenance projects preferred.
- Valid certificates and Saudi project experience will be an advantage.
