Mechanical QC Supervisor
Job Description
An experienced Mechanical QC Supervisor is urgently required for the Master Gas Expansion Project in Durma, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Oil and Gas, gas pipeline and EPC industry. The successful candidate will supervise mechanical quality control and inspection activities at the site, including the inspection of piping, mechanical equipment, valves and related systems, and will ensure that construction activities comply with approved drawings, inspection and test plans, specifications and project requirements. The role includes coordinating inspections with the Client, PMC and third-party inspectors; reviewing inspection reports, material certificates, test records and quality documentation; monitoring hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, flushing, reinstatement and mechanical completion activities; raising, tracking and closing non-conformance reports, observations and punch-list items; coordinating with the Construction, Engineering and Commissioning teams; and ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco QA/QC requirements and project procedures. Applicants must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification and have at least 10 years of Oil and Gas QA/QC experience, including supervisory experience, with strong experience in piping and mechanical construction, good knowledge of applicable ASME/API codes, inspection and test plans and inspection procedures, and strong leadership and site coordination skills. Saudi Aramco project experience or exposure is highly preferred, while Saudi Aramco QC approval or certification is an advantage.
