The employment details are as follows: a full-time Manpower Executive position focused on Marketing and Sales and Sourcing Coordination is available in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Applicants must currently be in Saudi Arabia and hold a transferable Iqama. The qualifications required are a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, a valid Saudi driving licence, 5–10 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in manpower supply, construction, maintenance, oil and gas, or the petrochemical industrial sector, strong experience in client acquisition and corporate sales, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The job description includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the construction, civil, mechanical, electrical, manpower supply, and safety materials sectors; developing business through market research, client referrals, industry networking, digital platforms, tenders, and direct corporate outreach; conducting regular client visits, presentations, meetings, and follow-ups to understand client requirements and generate new projects; establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers; monitoring market trends, competitor activities, upcoming projects, and client requirements to identify potential business opportunities; preparing and submitting company profiles, prequalification documents, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with the relevant departments; leading commercial discussions and supporting price negotiations, contract discussions, and the closing of business deals; participating in technical, commercial, and project meetings with clients in coordination with the technical and operations teams; maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline, client database, opportunity tracker, and regular business development reports; coordinating with Procurement, Operations, Human Resources, Finance and Accounts, and technical teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements and smooth project execution; following up on submitted quotations, tenders, proposals, and ongoing negotiations to maximise business conversion; exploring opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and long-term service agreements with existing clients; supporting management in developing sales strategies, business plans, and customer acquisition initiatives; and ensuring professional communication and the timely resolution of client queries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
