Business Development Executive
Job Description
Manzil Alkawakib is expanding its Business Development team in Riyadh and is seeking an ambitious, target-driven Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of the Saudi market. The role involves generating new construction and manpower business opportunities across Riyadh and Saudi Arabia; developing relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, procurement teams and project decision-makers; identifying upcoming projects, requests for quotations, tenders and subcontracting opportunities; completing and following up on vendor registrations and prequalification processes; conducting cold calls, prospecting through LinkedIn and visiting clients; arranging meetings with Procurement, Contracts, HR and Project teams; generating opportunities for excavation and infrastructure, civil and structural works, MEP, finishing and fit-out, manpower supply and recruitment services; and maintaining an active sales pipeline while following opportunities through quotation, negotiation and contract award. Applicants should have previous Business Development or B2B Sales experience in Saudi Arabia. Experience in construction, contracting, MEP, manpower or recruitment is preferred, while an existing network among contractors, developers, consultants or procurement teams is a major advantage. Experience with vendor registration and prequalification, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Arabic and English, residence in Riyadh, and a target-driven approach with comfort in cold calling and field visits are also preferred.
Requirements
- Previous Business Development or B2B Sales experience in Saudi Arabia
- Construction, contracting, MEP, manpower, or recruitment-sector experience preferred
- Existing network among contractors, developers, consultants, or procurement teams is a major advantage
- Vendor registration and prequalification experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Arabic and English language ability
- Target-driven and comfortable with cold calling and field visits
- Based in Riyadh
