Job Details Premium Hospitality Group is hiring three Bar Mixologists / Beverage Specialists for its forthcoming VIP Lounge project. The positions are based at King Khalid International Airport (RUH) in Riyadh. This is a full-time employment opportunity. About the Role The company is seeking three highly skilled and imaginative Mixologists to join its forthcoming VIP Lounge project at Riyadh Airport. Candidates must have a strong passion for and proven expertise in preparing premium, innovative non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, artisan coffees, and freshly squeezed juices. The successful candidates will be committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to international travellers passing through the lounge. Key Responsibilities Create and prepare high-quality, visually appealing mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, artisan coffees, and other premium hot beverages with creativity and close attention to detail. Deliver an exceptional, interactive, and hospitable experience by welcoming and engaging lounge guests warmly and professionally. Maintain extensive, current knowledge of flavour profiles, diverse ingredients, and contemporary beverage trends to support innovative beverage offerings. Oversee beverage inventory by monitoring stock levels, minimising waste, and arranging timely restocking to ensure that ingredients remain available. Maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout the bar area. Comply rigorously with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene protocols prescribed by industry standards and regulations. Requirements Candidates must have at least two to three years of hands-on experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or Beverage Specialist in a luxury hotel, premium restaurant, or VIP lounge. Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in preparing intricate and sophisticated non-alcoholic beverages and mocktail recipes. Strong knowledge of flavour profiles, diverse ingredients, and contemporary beverage trends is required. Excellent communication, guest-service, and interpersonal skills are required for effective interaction with diverse international travellers. English language proficiency is mandatory. Arabic language ability is considered a significant advantage. Candidates must maintain impeccable personal grooming and a consistently professional appearance suitable for a premium hospitality environment. Candidates must be able to work flexible shifts, including night hours and weekends, according to the demands of a 24-hour airport environment operating seven days a week. Candidates must be capable of monitoring beverage inventory, minimising waste, and arranging timely restocking. Knowledge of bar cleanliness and applicable health, safety, and hygiene procedures is required. Applicant Restrictions Applicants must currently reside in Saudi Arabia. Applicants must hold a valid, transferable Iqama.

- English language proficiency is mandatory; Arabic language ability is an advantage.
