Job Description
Lead the construction-to-client handover process including snagging, defect closure, and final inspections. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and client representatives to ensure project completion and certification. Manage schedules and documentation for residential units and common areas.
Requirements
- Experience
- 15 Years
- 15+ years relevant handover or residential construction experience
- Proven experience managing residential units, villas, or large building projects
- Strong client coordination and team management skills
- GCC experience preferred
- Own visa or Azad visa preferred
- Candidates must be able to transfer their Iqama
- Immediate joiners required
- Willingness to relocate to Jeddah
