Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) and fit-out projects to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities specifically within MEP and fit-out projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers. Participate in tendering processes, proposal preparation, and project acquisition phases. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects. Coordinate closely with the estimation, engineering, and project teams to align business development efforts. Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to potential projects. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet business development targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Three to five years of business development experience within the MEP, construction, or fit-out industry. Strong knowledge of the construction market and project tendering processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
