Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all stationary and operational equipment at a Readymix and Block factory workshop. Manage maintenance activities for concrete plants, block plants, block machines, forklifts, loaders, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and chillers. Ensure operational efficiency and safety of all workshop machinery and equipment. Coordinate and supervise workshop staff and maintenance schedules. Maintain records of maintenance work and equipment status. Liaise with procurement for spare parts and equipment servicing as needed.
