Job Description
Monitor fleet movements, alarms, and operational systems in real time. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies. Coordinate with drivers, security, safety, and operational teams. Maintain accurate records and escalate critical issues. Support emergency response procedures and ensure smooth control room operations.
Requirements
- Diploma degree
- 2-4 years of experience in Control Room, Security, or Operations
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, and vehicle tracking systems
- Strong observation, reporting, and coordination skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience with fleet monitoring or AVL systems preferred
- Knowledge of HSE procedures and emergency response protocols preferred
- Basic IT and cybersecurity awareness preferred
- Experience in transportation or mobility operations preferred
