Bms/Elv Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a BMS/ELV Technician to install and commission ELV devices and BMS interfaces in accordance with drawings and manufacturer instructions. The role includes performing routine tests and recording results, including cable certification and device functional tests; operating and troubleshooting systems during handover and routine operation; supporting maintenance through preventive checks and minor repairs; assisting site engineers with manpower coordination and daily task execution; maintaining daily reports, test sheets, defect logs and handover records; and following safety and site HSE procedures at all times. Applicants should hold a diploma or certificate in Electrical/ELV or an equivalent qualification, with 1–3 years of experience on ELV or BMS projects preferred. Technical skills should include cable termination, basic networking, CCTV and access control setup, and the use of a multimeter and cable tester. The successful candidate should be reliable, a team player, a clear communicator and capable of basic report writing. English is required, while Arabic is advantageous.
