Job Description
AFCO Gulf Industrial Services, based in Jubail, is seeking a Technical & Projects Manager for its industrial civil works, pipeline projects, and infrastructure operations in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The position is responsible for leading projects and technical operations with a high level of efficiency and professionalism. Key responsibilities include reviewing requests for quotations, bills of quantities, drawings, and technical specifications before award, leading project execution after award, and controlling project costs and schedules. The role also involves overseeing quality and safety, forming the required project team according to project needs, managing project documentation, identifying technical and resource requirements, and coordinating their timely availability. Candidates must have proven experience in industrial civil works, pipeline projects, or infrastructure, a strong understanding of the complete project lifecycle from tender and scope review through execution and final handover, and proficiency in both Arabic and English for communication and technical correspondence.
