Job Description
A full-time Head of Hospitality Sector is required in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and candidates of any nationality may apply. The role is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company’s hospitality business portfolio, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, quick-service restaurants, catering companies, cafés, food-service operators, and hospitality facilities, while achieving sector revenue and profitability targets through new client acquisition, strategic account management, manpower solutions, contract negotiations, and long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include developing and executing the hospitality-sector business plan and sales strategy; identifying and acquiring new clients across hotels, resorts, restaurants, quick-service restaurants, cafés, catering, and food-service companies; building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline; identifying decision-makers and establishing relationships with owners, general managers, human resources directors, procurement teams, operations teams, and finance teams; conducting client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions; and preparing and submitting quotations, proposals, and manpower solutions in coordination with the relevant departments. The role also involves managing strategic hospitality accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for contract expansion, additional manpower, and new projects, monitoring client requirements, service performance, complaints, renewals, and payment status, and developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers through regular client engagement. The successful candidate will understand hospitality manpower requirements, including housekeeping, kitchen, stewarding, waiters, baristas, chefs, maintenance, drivers, and supervisory positions; coordinate with Recruitment and Operations to ensure timely manpower deployment; monitor manpower mobilization, replacement requirements, worker performance, and service delivery; and ensure that proposed manpower solutions are commercially viable and operationally achievable. Further responsibilities include negotiating pricing, payment terms, manpower quantities, service scope, and contractual conditions within approved authority; coordinating with Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Recruitment, and Operations for contract finalization; monitoring contract profitability, revenue, outstanding receivables, and commercial risks; and ensuring that all client commitments remain within approved commercial and operational parameters. The role also requires monitoring hospitality-sector trends, competitors, manpower demand, and market pricing; developing relationships with major hotel groups, international restaurant chains, quick-service restaurant operators, catering companies, and hospitality service providers; identifying strategic partnerships and large-scale manpower opportunities; and developing sector-specific client acquisition strategies and market intelligence. Performance will be measured by achievement of monthly and annual hospitality-sector revenue targets, new client acquisition and contract conversion rate, the value and quality of the qualified sales pipeline, the number of qualified client meetings and opportunities generated, contract renewal and account expansion rate, gross margin and profitability by account or project, manpower deployment and mobilization performance, client retention and satisfaction, and collection performance and reduction of overdue receivables. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field and have 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, manpower outsourcing, staffing, facilities management, or B2B services, along with proven experience managing hospitality-sector clients and large manpower requirements, strong knowledge of the Saudi hospitality market, a demonstrated track record in business development, contract negotiation, and revenue generation, and a strong understanding of commercial pricing and profitability. Required skills include strategic business development and sales leadership, excellent negotiation and communication skills, strong client relationship and key-account management, commercial and financial acumen, strong presentation and proposal-writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, a strong understanding of hospitality operations and manpower requirements, proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office, and excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage. The ideal candidate is results-oriented and commercially driven, with strong leadership and decision-making capability, a professional and customer-focused approach, strong networking and relationship-building ability, and a proactive, accountable, and disciplined work style, and must be capable of working under pressure and meeting aggressive business targets. The Head of Hospitality Sector will be accountable for the overall business development, revenue growth, client acquisition, account expansion, commercial performance, and strategic development of the hospitality sector, while coordinating with internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of contracted manpower services.
