Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across manpower supply, industrial services, and equipment rental. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing potential clients, generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline, promoting manpower supply, industrial services, and equipment rental solutions, visiting clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable service solutions, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the relevant departments, following up on quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, contracts, and payments, conducting regular market research to identify new clients, projects, competitors, and business opportunities, coordinating with operations, human resources, recruitment, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions, preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management, attending client meetings, business networking events, and industry-related activities when required, resolving client concerns professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand the company’s customer base. Qualifications for this role include a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field and at least two years of sales experience, preferably in manpower supply, industrial services, contracting, equipment rental, or a related industry. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business, strong knowledge of B2B sales and client relationship management, excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, strong networking and business development abilities, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and skills in lead generation and client acquisition, negotiation and closing, market research, quotation and proposal preparation, contract and commercial coordination, customer service, time management, and problem solving. Experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous, and a valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
