Job Description
Supervise and coordinate drilling crew activities ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations. Monitor rig operations for compliance with company procedures and HSE standards. Promote safe working practices and maintain discipline at the worksite.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of drilling rig operations and procedures.
- Proven experience in supervising and coordinating drilling crews.
- Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe work practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging field conditions.
- Valid and transferable Iqama preferred.
