Job Description
Lead the design, governance, and optimization of Odoo ERP as a business operating system. Audit current implementation, redesign user roles and permissions, improve workflows across multiple departments, and build scalable ERP governance and reporting. Manage staging, UAT, production rollout, and train internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience with Odoo Enterprise
- Knowledge of Access Rights, Groups & Record Rules
- Expertise in Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory & Accounting modules
- Business Process Design skills
- ERP Governance experience
- UAT & Change Management experience
- Experience in multi-user, multi-department ERP environments
