Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor – Saudi Arabia We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee, coordinate, and manage all preventive and corrective maintenance operations for the company’s branches and equipment. The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operation of multiple mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, air-conditioning, plumbing, and coffee-equipment systems across the business. Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and allocate daily work assignments in an organised and effective manner. - Develop, plan, implement, and closely monitor preventive maintenance schedules to help avoid equipment downtime and operational disruption. - Attend to corrective maintenance requirements, including rapid response to emergency breakdowns, to minimise interruptions to branch operations. - Carry out maintenance and repair work on espresso machines, commercial coffee machines, grinders, refrigeration units, air-conditioning systems, electrical installations, and plumbing infrastructure. - Manage the spare parts inventory by maintaining suitable stock levels and arranging timely replenishment of essential components when required. - Coordinate maintenance visits and maintenance activities across multiple company branches to maintain consistent service quality and operational standards. - Liaise and coordinate with external maintenance contractors, suppliers, and service providers to obtain the required technical support, materials, and services. - Continuously monitor equipment performance, identify recurring breakdowns, review repair durations, and support improvements that reduce repeat issues. - Prepare detailed maintenance reports on a regular basis and track maintenance-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and equipment efficiency. - Ensure full compliance with relevant occupational health and safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities. - Provide training, guidance, and professional development support for maintenance technicians to improve their technical skills and overall work performance. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant Technical Diploma, is required. - Minimum five years of hands-on maintenance experience is required. - Experience in restaurants, cafés, hospitality, or food and beverage (F&B) sectors is preferred. - Strong knowledge and practical experience with refrigeration and air-conditioning systems are essential. - Experience working with commercial coffee machines, espresso machines, and grinders is highly desirable. - Competence in electrical systems and plumbing systems is required, with proven technical ability in these areas. - Previous experience supervising a maintenance team is required. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are important for success in this role. - Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) will be considered an advantage. - A transferable Iqama is preferred for applicants to this position.
