Job Description
Responsible for sales and technical support of ERP systems. Conduct demonstrations, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers. Provide installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user training for ERP and related hardware.
Requirements
- 2-4 years sales experience
- Good knowledge of computers, Windows, printers, and networking
- Ability to understand accounting, inventory, POS, and workshop operations
- Good communication in Arabic, English, Hindi, and Malayalam
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Driving license and ability to visit customers
- Experience with ERP/POS software is a major advantage
