Estimation Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Estimation Engineer to join our team in Dammam. The position reports to the Business Development Manager. The objective of the position is to estimate the value of projects being tendered as part of the business development function. Applicants must hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering; candidates without a degree will not be considered, and must have 3–5 years of relevant estimation experience in civil, infrastructure, or building projects. Responsibilities include scrutinising and reviewing tender documents, evaluating tender drawings and schedules, sending enquiries to suppliers and manufacturers and following up on quotations, conducting comparison studies and negotiating with suppliers on technical and commercial matters, carrying out value engineering studies in line with budget constraints, maintaining the suppliers’ and manufacturers’ database, delegating quantity take-off tasks and verifying quantities, preparing pricing for infrastructure and building works, and assisting with the compilation of tender submissions and pre-qualification documents.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in estimation within civil, infrastructure, or building projects.
