Job Description
We are seeking an Aramco-approved Work Permit Receiver for immediate joining to manage and coordinate work permits for site operations in compliance with Saudi Aramco safety and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will receive, review, verify, validate, and close work permits, including Cold Work, Hot Work, Confined Space, and Excavation permits, while ensuring that all safety protocols are followed throughout job execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with Aramco Permit Issuers, safety officers, and site supervisors before work begins; ensuring that all safety precautions, isolations, and personal protective equipment requirements are in place before starting work; conducting toolbox talks and job safety briefings for the crew; monitoring job progress and compliance with permit conditions throughout the work; properly closing and handing back permits upon completion; maintaining accurate permit documentation and records; and immediately reporting unsafe conditions, near misses, or incidents. Applicants must hold a valid Aramco-approved Work Permit Receiver certificate or card that remains valid for more than six months from the joining date, have an Iqama with at least 100 days of remaining validity and transferable status, and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience as a Work Permit Receiver at oil and gas, industrial, or construction sites. Aramco project experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of Aramco Safety Standards and the Permit to Work system, good English communication skills, Arabic communication skills as an advantage, the ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and basic computer skills for documentation and reporting are required or preferred as applicable.
