Odoo Business Systems Specialist
Job Description
Manage and improve the company's Odoo ERP system across multiple departments. Collaborate with management, users, developers, and consultants to ensure accurate and efficient use of Odoo. Handle system configuration, data governance, testing, documentation, and user training. Support integration with external systems and participate in future automation projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical Odoo experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience conducting user-acceptance testing.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work full-time on-site.
