Project / Site Coordinator – Signage Industry Location The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Employment Details The role is for a Project / Site Coordinator within the signage industry. Applicants must be Indian nationals. Applicants must be between 24 and 35 years of age. A minimum of three years of experience specifically in project coordination roles is required. Applicants must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. This is a mid-career opportunity. The successful candidate must be available to join immediately, with sponsorship transfer available. Candidate Requirements Candidates must possess strong experience in project coordination. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of mechanical and fabrication drawings. Technical knowledge of signage manufacturing and installation processes is preferred. Applicants must be able to coordinate effectively across multiple departments and manage site activities efficiently. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform project supervision and coordination duties. Key Responsibilities Develop and prepare daily work schedules in close coordination with the production and installation teams to ensure smooth operations. Act as the liaison between the sales, production, Production Planning and Control (PPC), and installation departments to streamline workflow. Review job orders carefully and plan site surveys and installation activities to ensure accurate execution. Provide on-site technical support, directly supervise activities, and keep customers informed of project progress. Oversee site coordination, supervision, and execution to ensure that project delivery meets quality requirements and agreed timelines. Prepare comprehensive lists of the materials and tools required, together with activity plans, before dispatching teams to project sites. Conduct site visits at various locations throughout Saudi Arabia to oversee project execution effectively. Prepare dispatch schedules and continuously monitor project progress to identify and resolve potential delays. Attend client meetings and site coordination meetings to maintain clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders. Monitor rectification work on-site and conduct root cause analyses to prevent issues from recurring. Train installation teams to improve quality standards and minimise rework. Ensure that all projects are delivered strictly in accordance with agreed timelines and contractual schedules. Prepare quality control checklists, site completion reports, and draft subcontractor agreements as part of the required project documentation. Coordinate closely with consultants and contractors to obtain all approvals and permits required for successful project completion. Compile health, safety, and risk assessment reports, together with method statements, to maintain regulatory compliance. Identify opportunities to improve systems, procedures, and project execution methods to increase efficiency. Identify cost-saving measures and recommend process improvements to management. Submit periodic project progress and status reports to management and implement corrective actions where required. Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management in support of the company’s overall objectives.
