Job Description
We are recruiting couriers to join the team at Tojod Alibda’a Logistics Services. Position Available • Delivery Driver. Role Overview • Drivers will carry out assigned delivery work as part of the logistics operations team. • The role requires completing package deliveries according to the company’s work procedures and operational instructions. • Drivers must use the required application as instructed during onboarding and daily delivery activity. • Drivers are expected to support smooth delivery operations and provide reliable service while handling assigned shipments. Requirements and Operational Guidelines 1. Training and Application Use • A comprehensive training session will be conducted over two days. • The training will focus on the company’s work procedures. • The training will also cover the use of the required application for delivery work. • Drivers must follow the procedures explained during the training and apply them during daily assignments. 2. Vehicle, Shipments and Promissory Note • Upon receiving the assigned vehicle and shipments, drivers must sign a promissory note. • The promissory note will remain in place while the driver is responsible for the assigned deliveries and company property. • The agreement will be nullified and removed only after the driver completes the assigned deliveries. • The agreement will also require all company property to be returned in good condition. • Any outstanding dues must be settled before the promissory note is removed. 3. Daily Performance Targets • Drivers are expected to complete a minimum delivery target of 40 packages per day. • To allow for situations where customers are unreachable, or where some deliveries cannot be completed, drivers may receive up to 70 packages as backup. • If the daily target is not met, a deduction of 0.20 SAR will apply for each package below the required quota. 4. Attendance and Absence Policy • Unauthorized absence without a valid reason will result in a deduction of 400 SAR. • This deduction covers the penalty for route suspension. • If the absence is supported by valid medical documentation, the company will waive the penalty. • In cases supported by valid medical documentation, the company will cover the cost entirely as a gesture of consideration toward the driver. - Hindi language ability
- Attend the two-day training session on work procedures and required application use
- Use the required delivery application according to company procedures
- Complete assigned package deliveries
- Meet the minimum daily delivery target of 40 packages
- Handle up to 70 packages when backup shipments are assigned for unreachable customers or incomplete deliveries
Restriction / Special Note
- Drivers must sign a promissory note when receiving the assigned vehicle and shipments.
- The promissory note is cancelled only after assigned deliveries are completed, all company property is returned in good condition, and any outstanding dues are settled.
- A deduction of 0.20 SAR applies for each package below the required daily delivery quota.
- Unauthorized absence without a valid reason incurs a deduction of 400 SAR for route suspension.
- Valid medical documentation is required for the absence penalty to be waived.
- When valid medical documentation is provided, the company waives the penalty and covers the cost entirely.
