Job Description
Averroes Academy is seeking a dedicated Early Education Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and deliver a structured, engaging, and child-centred early learning programme. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality early education classes online and on campus for young learners, creating a positive and nurturing environment that supports their emotional, social, and academic development, and teaching core early learning skills such as early literacy, including reading, phonics, and storytelling; early numeracy, including basic mathematical concepts, counting, shapes, and patterns; fine and gross motor skills; and social and communication skills. The specialist will plan and conduct interactive activities involving hands-on learning, play-based exercises, and creative projects, prepare lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports for each child, support children in developing confidence, discipline, and positive learning habits, and communicate regularly with parents about students’ progress, behaviour, and learning needs. Requirements for the role include a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field, which is preferred; two to three years of experience teaching early education or kindergarten-level students; a strong understanding of early childhood learning methods and developmental milestones; excellent communication, classroom management, and child engagement skills; and the ability to create structured, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons. Applicants must currently reside in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the role includes on-campus classes. Preference will be given to candidates from Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
