Lead strategic planning and execution of complex projects aligned with organizational goals. Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources while managing risks. Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders to ensure project success. Monitor performance using KPIs and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree highly desirable
- Minimum 10 years progressive project management experience
- At least 5 years in leadership role
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
