Job Description
A full-time Operations Control Center Coordinator (B2) is required in Riyadh. The position is classified as Business Support (B), Grade Level B2, and requires 2 to 5 years of experience in monitoring, operations coordination, control room activities, logistics, transportation, or similar environments. Experience using IVMS, GPS, telematics, or monitoring systems is preferred. The role is responsible for the centralized monitoring and coordination of company vehicles, facilities, and operational activities to support safe, secure, and efficient business operations. Responsibilities include monitoring company vehicles through IVMS and GPS monitoring systems; monitoring company facilities, parking areas, buildings, and operational premises; identifying safety hazards, operational issues, and abnormalities; escalating safety and operational concerns to the relevant departments; coordinating with the HSE, Operations, PMV, Transportation, Maintenance, and Security teams; and supporting vehicle monitoring, incident reporting, and the coordination of facility-related issues.
