Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production lines in trailer manufacturing. This includes planning and monitoring production schedules, assigning tasks to welders and technicians, ensuring quality control and safety compliance, and coordinating with procurement and inventory teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in production supervision
- Engineering or technical qualification
- Experience managing welding and fabrication teams
- Knowledge of MIG welding and metal fabrication
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency for reporting
