Projects Manager
Job Description
Manage multiple construction projects from mobilization to handover and closeout. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and departments. Oversee schedules, costs, risks, quality, and compliance with contracts and HSE requirements.

- 25 – 30 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 25-30 years construction experience including project management.
- Proven experience with major residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction execution, planning, cost control, contracts, procurement, quality, HSE, and project closeout.
- Leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and project management systems.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC construction experience preferred.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
