Job Description
Provide technical support for fleet operations including drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff. Monitor and troubleshoot GPS tracking systems, cameras, and communication devices. Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve truck technical issues and maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions and repairs. Prepare reports on truck availability, technical issues, and maintenance activities.
