Business Development Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist with experience in MEP and fit-out projects to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in MEP and fit-out projects, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers, participating in tendering, proposal preparation, and project acquisition, conducting market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects, coordinating with estimation, engineering, and project teams, preparing presentations, proposals, and commercial offers, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and achieving business development targets. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, have 3–5 years of experience in business development within the MEP, construction, or fit-out industry, possess strong knowledge of the construction market and project tendering process, demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, and be fluent in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
