Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
A housekeeping supervisor is required to assign daily cleaning tasks, supervise staff during shifts, and provide hands-on training. The role includes conducting routine quality inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure that brand standards are met; creating and managing employee schedules, tracking attendance, and arranging shift replacements when needed; monitoring stocks of cleaning supplies and linens and placing orders to ensure that staff always have the necessary materials; addressing guest or client requests, resolving housekeeping-related complaints, and tracking lost and found items; reporting broken fixtures, equipment, or furniture to the maintenance department for repair; and ensuring that all staff strictly comply with sanitation guidelines, infection control procedures, and OSHA safety standards. Certification of employment in the same position is required, along with a valid, unexpired transferable Iqama, and immediate joining is required.
