Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to ensure that buildings, grounds, and facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with applicable laws and safety standards. The role requires maintenance planning, management of daily operations, safety and compliance oversight, staff management, inventory management, improving system efficiency, troubleshooting and problem-solving, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and preventive maintenance skills, along with strong communication skills. Required qualifications and previous experience are necessary. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Arabic, hold a transferable Iqama or Resident ID, and be Indian or Pakistani nationals only.
