Quality Manager (Cleaning)
Job Description
We are urgently seeking an experienced Quality Manager for Cleaning to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining cleaning quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and quality audits, developing and implementing cleaning quality procedures and checklists, ensuring that cleaning teams follow standard operating procedures and client requirements, identifying quality issues and implementing corrective actions, conducting quality meetings with the client and site team, monitoring customer and client feedback and resolving complaints, preparing daily and weekly quality and inspection reports, training and guiding cleaning supervisors and staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements and hygiene standards, and monitoring overall service performance and continuous improvement. Candidates must have previous experience as a Quality Manager or Supervisor in the cleaning or facilities management industry, strong knowledge of cleaning standards, standard operating procedures and quality control, good leadership and communication skills, experience conducting inspections and quality meetings, and the ability to prepare quality reports. Saudi or GCC experience is preferred, and a valid residence permit is preferred.

- Ability to prepare quality reports
