MEP & Civil Cost Estimation Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimation Engineer with strong practical experience in both MEP and civil works. The role requires experience in preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and quotations; reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements; conducting material quantity take-offs and pricing; and possessing strong knowledge of MEP and civil construction works. Good knowledge of MS Excel and estimation tools is also required, while experience with projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
Requirements
- Experience in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations.
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Experience in material quantity take-off and pricing.
- Strong knowledge of MEP and civil construction works.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and estimation tools.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is preferred.
