Job Description
The Field Engineer Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating field teams involved in Huawei wireless and microwave deployments. This role includes managing site activities related to 4G/5G, BTS, microwave, and fibre installations while ensuring quality control and site safety compliance. The position requires effective communication with customers and Huawei teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom, Electrical, or Electronics
- 5–7 years deployment experience with Huawei Wireless & Microwave
- Strong troubleshooting and alarm-handling skills
- Team management and coordination skills
- Valid KSA Driving License preferred
Restriction / Special Note
- Must be currently inside KSA
- Valid transferable Iqama required
- Huawei experience mandatory
- Available for immediate joining
