Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
A company specialising in the operation and management of recreational facilities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work in Riyadh. The job responsibilities include managing and overseeing maintenance activities across recreational facilities, including amusement parks, gardens and entertainment centres; preparing and implementing preventive and operational maintenance plans; supervising technical maintenance teams and ensuring they perform efficiently; monitoring technical faults and addressing them promptly to ensure continuity of operations; coordinating maintenance activities with suppliers and specialised maintenance companies; ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across all sites; and preparing periodic reports detailing the operational status of the facilities. The requirements are that applicants must have at least five years of experience in maintenance management. Previous maintenance management experience in recreational facilities is preferred, and knowledge of facility operation and maintenance systems, including Facility and Asset Management, is required. Strong leadership and organisational skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple teams. Preference will be given to applicants who reside in Riyadh.
