Farm Manager, Nursery Manager
Job Description
Manage day-to-day farm and nursery operations including planting, harvesting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control. Supervise 20-30+ workers and ensure operational targets are met. Oversee greenhouse activities, farm machinery maintenance, and budget management. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Requirements
- 10-15 years total experience in agriculture/farm operations
- 8-10 years KSA experience as Farm or Nursery Manager
- Strong hands-on farming experience
- Experience managing 20-30+ workers
- Knowledge of modern farming techniques and irrigation systems
- Experience in agricultural procurement and budget control
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field preferred
- Transferable Iqama required
