QS Engineer
Job Description
Job responsibilities include supervising and ensuring that surveying teams responsible for construction activities carry out self-inspections, cross-inspections, handover inspections, and professional inspections. The role also involves supervising construction subcontractors to ensure that their work is performed in accordance with the approved work and construction schedule, preparing surveying plans and acceptance and inspection plans, assisting in the review of work activities, coordinating interfaces between different work teams, and coordinating with construction subcontractor teams to ensure that quality inspections are conducted in a timely manner. Working hours will be arranged in accordance with local laws and project requirements, with daily working hours of at least 8 hours on working days. Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, familiarity with on-site surveying management processes in engineering or construction projects, and experience working for a construction company; overseas work experience is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate loyalty, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong teamwork and collaboration mindset, and hold a degree or diploma in Surveying Engineering or a related discipline, with a good command of English. Male candidates aged 28 to 40 are preferred.
