Job Description
An urgent requirement exists for a Warehouse Supervisor and Material Controller at the Abqaiq site. Applicants must hold a transferable Iqama and be Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Filipino, or Nepali nationals; Indian nationals cannot be transferred to the company. A diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics, and prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. The role requires proficiency in inventory management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems; knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving procedures; experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Responsibilities include supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials; ensuring that all shipments are received, inspected, and accurately recorded; coordinating with procurement, project managers, and quality teams to address material discrepancies; overseeing the system processing and proper labelling of received materials; ensuring that materials are stored in designated locations for optimal inventory management; maintaining accurate inventory records and overseeing stock audits; ensuring that materials are issued according to project and operational needs; monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement to replenish inventory when necessary; ensuring that all project shipments are stored correctly and released upon request; and enforcing compliance with company policies and warehouse safety regulations.
