Job Description
Manage daily operations of an inland aquaculture farm using RAS technology. Oversee feeding, monitoring, harvesting, and staff training. Monitor water quality parameters and optimize feed conversion ratio. Prepare performance reports and ensure biosecurity and safety compliance.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Aquaculture, Marine, Fisheries or related field.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience, RAS experience preferred.
- Knowledge of aeration, filtration, and cooling in hot climates.
- Strong team leadership and operational discipline.
- Willingness to relocate to Hail.
