Job Description

A company in Saudi Arabia is seeking talented and motivated professionals for the following positions in Al Khobar. The key responsibilities of the Procurement Officer include managing procurement activities from enquiry or request for quotation through purchase order and delivery; sourcing materials, equipment, and services from local and international suppliers; obtaining and comparing supplier quotations and negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules; preparing commercial comparison sheets and supplier evaluations; coordinating with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams; following up on purchase orders, deliveries, shipping documents, and material status; and maintaining accurate procurement records and supplier databases. The Procurement Officer must hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in EPC, industrial, electrical, mechanical, or trading companies is preferred, along with strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; knowledge of the Saudi market and industrial suppliers is an advantage. The key responsibilities of the Procurement Engineer include reviewing technical specifications, bills of quantities, drawings, and client requirements; identifying technically suitable suppliers and manufacturers; preparing requests for quotation and obtaining technical and commercial offers; evaluating supplier quotations and preparing technical and commercial comparison sheets; coordinating technical clarifications between suppliers, Engineering, and clients; supporting the sourcing of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and industrial equipment; following up on manufacturing, inspection, documentation, and delivery schedules; and ensuring that purchased materials comply with project and client specifications. The Procurement Engineer must hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering field. Procurement or sourcing experience in EPC, industrial, oil and gas, utilities, or trading companies is preferred, as is the ability to understand technical datasheets, specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities. Strong supplier negotiation and coordination skills and a good command of English and Microsoft Office or Excel are required, while experience with Saudi industrial clients is an advantage. The key responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist include developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities; identifying potential clients, projects, contractors, consultants, and industrial customers; conducting market research and competitor analysis; managing the company’s marketing activities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, the website, and other channels; preparing company profiles, presentations, marketing materials, and project references; generating and following up on leads and coordinating with the Business Development and Sales teams; maintaining a database of clients, prospects, projects, and business opportunities; and supporting participation in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
