Job Description
Urgent recruitment is underway for the required positions of ACC Fan Commissioning Supervisor and highly skilled Mechanical Fitters to carry out ACC fan calibration, fan motor soft-foot correction, leveling, alignment, and commissioning. Strict requirements apply: applicants must have proven experience working on large-scale Air-Cooled Condenser projects similar to the Taiba Project, extensive hands-on experience in ACC fan calibration, fan alignment and leveling, and fan motor soft-foot correction, as well as excellent professional technical skills, relevant technical qualifications, and extensive practical experience. The Supervisor must be capable of leading the team and supervising the complete ACC fan commissioning and adjustment work. Ordinary manpower and inexperienced workers are not being considered; only highly qualified professionals with proven ACC experience will be considered. The selected personnel must be able to mobilize and arrive at the Taiba Project within 2–3 days, perform the work independently, and deliver a high technical standard from the first day.
Requirements
- Proven experience working on large-scale Air-Cooled Condenser projects similar to the Taiba Project
- Extensive hands-on experience in ACC fan calibration, fan alignment and leveling, and fan motor soft-foot correction
- Excellent professional technical skills and extensive practical experience
- Ability to lead a team and supervise complete ACC fan commissioning and adjustment work for the supervisor role
- Relevant technical qualifications
