Job Description
Supervise preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities across multiple hotel locations. Oversee general maintenance, architectural repairs, and finishing works. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers and prepare maintenance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of practical maintenance experience.
- Hotel or hospitality maintenance experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in general repairs and finishing works.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Valid driving license.
- CMMS experience is an advantage.
- Willing and able to work across multiple hotel locations.
