F&B Operations Manager

Hyhom Limited is seeking an immediate-joining, high-caliber F&B Operations Manager based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, to oversee all operational aspects of its expanding restaurant portfolio. The role combines hands-on food and beverage operational expertise with high-level strategic leadership, acting as the operational CEO of the restaurant business, with responsibility for overall profitability, guest satisfaction, operational standards, brand expansion, and team performance across all locations. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations across all restaurant branches to ensure high standards of quality, service, and food safety; oversee financial performance, budget allocation, food and labour cost control, and P&L accountability at an executive leadership level; standardise operating procedures, supply chain management, and vendor relations; manage, mentor, and build high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house teams; and develop growth strategies, streamline operational workflows, and execute brand initiatives. Applicants must have a strong background and hands-on experience in F&B and multi-unit restaurant management, executive leadership skills, and a proven track record of handling top-level business operations. Applicants must currently be based in Saudi Arabia and hold a transferable IQAMA with immediate transfer availability. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic is a strong advantage.
